FADESA POLNORD POLSKA Sp. z o.o. (FPP) was set up in 2005; its shareholders comprise Spanish MARTINSA-FADESA S.A. (51% interest) and Polish POLNORD S.A. (49% interest).

Since its inception, FPP has sold in aggregate over 3,000 apartments and 2,800 have been delivered to their owners. The Company’s residential development projects are financed by PEKAO S.A. (Ostoja Wilanów in Warsaw) and by GETIN NOBLE S.A. (Osiedle Moderno, Apartamenty Innova in Wrocław). The Company’s head office is in Warsaw (Aleje Jerozolimskie 94).

In 2017, FPP sold 240 apartments, handed over keys to 247 apartments, and generated PLN 112,7 million worth of revenues.

As at the end of 2017, FPP’s indebtedness to financial institutions amounted to a mere PLN 3,4 million, against the value of its assets in excess of PLN 170,9 million.

FPP Group’s Operations in Wrocław

FPP has been present in Wrocław since 2007, the ground for the first Wrocław site, Osiedle Innova, having been broken in 2010. As at 31 December 2017, in Wrocław the Company sold 1132 apartments and delivered 956 to their owners.

Apartamenty Innova Project

Apartamenty Innova is the third consecutive project undertaken by FPP in Wrocław. Apartamenty Innova is a continuation of the Apartamanty Innova Real Estate. A special-purpose vehicle, Osiedle Innova Sp. z o.o., a fully-owned subsidiary of the FPP Group, is responsible for the implementation of the project. The SPV had been set up in 2008 to carry out the Osiedla Innova development, which was successfully completed in 2014. At the moment, the SPV is delivering the APARTAMENTY INNOVA project.

The Company is headquartered in Warsaw (Aleje Jerozolimskie 94, Equator 1 Building, 00-807 Warszawa). The Company’s Sales and Customer Service Office is in Wrocław, ul. Nyska 50.

The projects Apartamenty Innova and Apartamenty Innova II are based in its entirety on the new statutory property development regime, whereby customers transfer payments on account of their apartments solely to housing escrow accounts maintained by the bank monitoring the progress of the project (GETIN NOBLE).
